Learning coaches are the foundation of our business. We choose coaches who share our company values. As a business our chief mission is to help learners to achieve their dreams within the global community, but this also extends towards our coaches. We value our staff and we want them to achieve their dreams too.

  • Have the ability to get on with a diverse range of learners from all different ages, nationalities and backgrounds
  • Personal qualities such as consideration, kindness, thoughtfulness, empathy, humility, genuineness, reliability and patience
  • TESOL/CELTA qualification or equivalent
  • Undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • Fluent native English speaker
